Aesthetic restoration with e.max CAD CEREC veneers

  • PROCEDURE:
Aesthetic restoration with e.max CAD CEREC veneers

The patient presented with a request to create an aesthetic, harmonious smile using veneers.

At the first stage, comprehensive diagnostics were performed: digital scanning and registration of the therapeutic position for further diagnostic planning of the future outcome.

The next step was the placement of temporary PMMA restorations on both arches:
— on the lower jaw — fabrication and placement using a direct technique
— on the upper jaw — placement of temporary restorations fabricated using an indirect technique

Placement of temporary restorations

After the adaptation period to the new tooth shape and function, the final placement of permanent ceramic e.max CAD CEREC restorations was performed.

The placement was carried out in stages:
— first the upper jaw: 17–27
— then the lower jaw: 37–47

The result — restored aesthetics, function, and smile harmony, taking into account the patient’s individual characteristics.
